Changes, amendments and/or upgrades by third parties
Whilst we maintain the copyright on the websites we ask that our customers request written permission to make any amendments or third party upgrades.
Payment can be made in a number of ways, we accept Paypal, Bank Transfer or even cash. Cheques are no longer accepted as a form of payment.
Failure to pay within the time period stated on the final invoice (usually 28 days) may result in your website being taken down until a settlement has been arranged with us.
All home call repairs are to be paid in full upon completion of the repair.
All repairs carried out within our premises are to be paid in full upon return of the equipment.
Upon completion of any repair we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to discuss the repair, arrange collection or delivery of the equipment and the overall cost of the repair.
Should we be unable to contact you for more than 28 days of completion of the repair we reserve the right to remove any parts or accessories from the equipment to the value of the unsettled fee.
If for any reason you find that you are unhappy with the level of service that you have received then please get in contact as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and without you we would be nothing. The majority of problems can be resolved amicably but we accept as humans that mistakes are possible, even by the most meticulous of people.
